Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Robot Cell Operator to join our warehouse operations on the 3rd shift. This position is responsible for operating and monitoring automated robotic equipment, managing daily workflow, verifying product information, and ensuring accurate and efficient warehouse operations while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor robotic cell equipment and automated systems.
- Ensure robotic equipment is running properly and assist with basic troubleshooting when needed.
- Verify product measurements, quantities, and information against manifests and work instructions.
- Load, unload, and move materials as required.
- Monitor production activities and identify any errors, delays, or equipment issues.
- Report equipment malfunctions and coordinate with appropriate team members for resolution.
- Perform routine inspections to ensure equipment and processes meet requirements.
- Complete required documentation, reports, and computer data entry.
- Maintain accurate records of production and warehouse activities.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety policies and standard operating procedures.
- Work collaboratively with warehouse and production team members.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or automated equipment operations preferred.
- Comfortable using computers and warehouse management systems.
- Ability to read and understand manifests, measurements, and work instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies.
- Basic mechanical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Physical Requirements
- Regularly lift and move up to 50 lbs.
- Frequently lift and move up to 30 lbs.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during the shift.
- Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, and climb as needed.
Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
