Role Overview

We're looking for a Robot Operator with a strong interest in robotics and physical AI.

In this role, you'll remotely monitor and control robots operating in live hotel environments. You'll keep day-to-day operations running smoothly, step in when human assistance is required, and occasionally provide on-site support and troubleshooting.

This is a hands-on operational role suited to someone who enjoys working with advanced technology in real-world settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor robot operations in real time
• Remotely teleoperate robots when intervention is required
• Ensure robots perform tasks safely, efficiently, and accurately
• Identify operational irregularities and escalate issues when necessary
• Provide occasional on-site support and hands-on troubleshooting
• Maintain high standards of operational quality and precision

Requirements

• Strong interest in robotics and physical AI
• High attention to detail and a precision-oriented mindset
• Ability to stay focused while monitoring live systems
• Comfortable working with technology and remote-control systems
• English proficiency required

Working Structure & Availability

• Freelance / contractor position
• Monthly invoicing based on hours worked
• Typical working hours: 09:00–16:30
• 24–40 hours per week
• Flexibility required depending on operational needs
• Occasional Sunday shifts may be required
