Position Overview
The Robot Operator is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining robotic welding equipment used in the production process. The operator will set up welding programs, load components, perform routine inspections, and make necessary adjustments to support consistent production output. This position requires strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work closely with supervisors and team members to maintain a safe, productive, and efficient work environment.
